To begin with, a “Sex Offender” is simply defined as “a person who has committed a sex crime,” or in some instances, found guilty of public urination, “mooning,” and “flashing.” OK, so maybe by definition he’s not a “sex offender,” right? And since Defense Secretary Ash Carter’s wife isn’t supervised by Joe Biden in any employment capacity, I guess this can’t be considered as “Sexual Harassment,” either.

Well, potentially, they do; any plaintiff’s attorney could put this together, no problem. The term “toucherism” is defined as “the sexual arousal based on grabbing or rubbing one’s hands against an unexpecting (and non-consenting) person.” And “groping” is similarly defined as “touching or fondling another person in an unwelcome sexual way using the hands.”

Some of the sex crimes which usually result in a “mandatory sex-offender classification” include “if any sexual contact was made by the adult to the minor,” the offensive behavior is considered to be “child molestation” (defined as “a form of child abuse in which an adult or older adolescent uses a child for sexual stimulation.”)

Take a closer look at these photos. What if a local high school principal had this many pictures of himself touching and kissing the wives and daughters of the families in his school district? You know the answer! Fired, ridiculed, investigated and quite possibly charged with multiple sex crimes!

If this was Jerry Sandusky, people would be FTFO (freaking the fuck out!) If it were Bill Cosby, there would be lawyers and social workers lined up and down the hallways of Congress. No, there is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED OR GOOFY JUSTIFICATION for the Vice President of The United States to have his practiced forefingers gently fixed upon the fragile lower “transversus abdominis” muscles of what appears to be a prepubescent girl. Yes, ladies and gentlemen; 57-year-old Fred Civis was fired and charged with “Assault and Battery!” That means that “somebody” claimed to be a “victim” of his “threat of violence.” And while that may seem “impossible to believe” by many of the over 13,000 people that “liked” the “Boycott Whitehall Plumb’s for Fred” facebook page, Fred’s career in “customer service” has come to an end.
If you search on Google: “Joe Biden’s sexually inappropriate behavior,” you will discover a growing mountain of articles spanning many years and a myriad of incidents documenting and questioning this man’s chronic pattern of wildly inappropriate behavior chock full of risky sexual innuendo. And for the moment, right now in February 2015, Joe Biden might be treading on ice about as thin as it can ever legally get. Does this mean he is a “sexual predator?” Time will tell, but he does qualify according to the definition.
By definition: “A sexual predator is often used to refer to a person who habitually seeks out sexual situations that are deemed exploitative.”
Maybe he’s “untouchable” because of his incredible influence and power. Only God and Uncle Joe really know. And ANYTHING can be argued in a court of law. But in today’s overly anxious Family Watchdog social climate, if there’s just one more “pop fly” like this last one, it could be “game over.”
